The Chickens
The stars of the farm, these are our fabulous layers. We have a mixed flock made-up of Lohman Browns, Rhode Island Reds, and Novagen Browns. These ladies work hard to keep our farm running and our bellies full.
The Dogs
Meet Cooper, Lupa, and Howie. These lovelies are our companions, protectors, and livestock guardians. When they're not hard at work on the farm, they can be found hiking, swimming, napping, and enjoying all the Okanagan has to offer.
The Horses
Meet Sherlock and Watson, the amazing lawn-mowing duo. These guys work hard to keep the grass down and the hay eaten.
The Cat
Mousing, lounging, and cuddling are all part of Barley's repertoire. He keeps watch over the garden from atop his favourite picnic table.
The People
Meet Jean, George, Katie, and Kevin. Jean and George are the primary farmers. When they're not taking care of the acreage and animals, they can be found hiking, biking, swimming, and playing cards. Jean and George both work part-time at other jobs, but are transitioning more and more to farming. Katie and Kevin both have full-time jobs, but love the change that farming brings on the weekends.
